Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  
• Products must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging.
  
• Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned.

Refund Deductions

A flat ₹500 deduction per order applies to cover taxes and payment processing fees.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
  
• Once verified, Love of Gir (Swastha Shastra Pvt. Ltd.) will replace or refund the item and bear all return courier charges.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days.

Late Returns and Failed Deliveries

• No refunds for returns after 15 days or for failed delivery attempts.
  
• Such orders can be resent by paying a nominal courier fee.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are initiated within 7–10 working days after inspection and approval of the returned goods.
